Bhandari Hosiery Exports Limited was set up in the year 1993 by Shri Naresh Bhandari and his wife Ms. Kusum Bhandari, the Promoter Directors of the Company. At the outset,, the Company took over the running business of a firm named Bhandari Hosiery Exports. The Company is a Govt of India Recognized Export House with its Regd. Office and Unit at Bhandari House, Village Meharban , Rahon Road, Ludhiana. Shri Naresh Bhandari and Ms. Kusum Bhandari have a great experience of over 25 years in running this line of industry of Readymade Knitted Hosiery Garments and product variety includes manufacture of T-Shirts, PullOvers, Sweat Shirts, Bermudas, Polo shirts, Track Suits, Payjamas, Lowers, ladies knitted tops with embroidery, prints etc.

PROMOTERS’ PROFILE:
The Company was originally promoted by Shri Naresh Bhandari of Ludhiana, and his wife Ms. Kusum Bhandari. Shri Naresh Bhandari, Ludhiana , aged about 57 years is a renowned Industrialist with an experience of more than 25 years in manufacture and export of knitted hosiery garments. He is the Promoter of the Company and presently Chairman cum Managing Director of the Company. It is all due to his efforts that the Company has come up with Annual turnover/exports of more than Rs. 65 crores with a good jump in gross profit, net profit and improved Earning Per Share. Today, he is counted amongst known industrialist and exporters of knitted garments, not only of Ludhiana, but of Northren India. He has to his credit, consistency of performance and entrepreneurship. That is why the Company has always been a profit making Company through all thick and thins.Ms. Kusum Bhandari has experience of more than 7 years as a Garment Designer. She is able to create diverse designs and this enables procurement of orders for self made designed garments. If given a design, she is able to create the same design which helps in timely meeting of tailor made products.
